BETHLEHEM BCP 6051

I bought this record in 1961 or 62 at Dave Carey's Swing Shop in Streatham.  It cost, I think, 42/6 - a lot of money in those days.

This is the original release. It was reissued on the label later in the 60s, but there is some suggestion that although the track titles were the same they might be alternative takes. (See web discographies.)

The vinyl is VG+: there are three or four slight but  noticeable marks, which do not seem to effect play much but otherwise it's quite clean for its age.

Matrix no's are AX-1 and B-1

The labels are dark red with silver lettering, and are clean, apart from some spindle marks.

The thick card sleeve shows some signs of its 50 plus years- there's some creasing and edge wear, and top and bottom seams are half split. There are small initials on the back - mine. Picture is actual item. The inner sleeve is a replacement.
