As you probably know this is a rare and collectable EP.

The sleeve is in excellent condition with the only ring wear appearing where it has been stored for the last 40 or so years. There is no damage to any of the four corners.
The vinyl is immaculate with no spindle marks on either side and is Mint Minus. There are around three very faint hairlines on Side 2. That is it. This record is literally unplayed. If it has been played it is once or twice.
