Description
Titled "EX 4" with the word "PNO" on the top right hand corner (denoting the word for Piano). Im not sure if this was a released composition or not.
It may have appeared on the YELLOW SHARK but probably not for solo piano or in this form (please correct me if Im wrong). Although a small quantity of manuscripts have come up for sale via FZs managers estate, they are all one off pieces authenticated by David Ocker through the US dealership I purchased it from (it comes with COA). This makes them the only copies in existence unlike easily duplicable photo copies. This is written in the masters hand!
As a buyer, it was attractive to me because it was a self contained piano composition,smartly fitting onto one page. The piece itself is meticulously notated with slight staining here and there. As a solo piano piece, it would have been handed to one of his keyboard players. My feeling is that this was written in the mid 70s, so maybe it was for George Duke or Eddie Jobson..........I can only guess............
