NM : Near Mint, Very clean, only a few light marks
VG++ : Clean label, any scratches will be light and not affecting play
VG+ : Possibly slight wear on label. Scratched vinyl, plays well
VG : Possibly wear on label and scratched vinyl, plays still nice
VG- : Heavy wear on label and scratched vinyl, plays ok without skip
G : Abused!  Possibly bad label damage and some serious scratches
