Vinyl is in Near Mint Condition Sleeve has some slight edge wear at the top and a faint faded strip along spine about 1/8 inch wide Promo gold stamped label on back top left hand corner - see photos Record Grading:

MINT: No scuffs or scratches, looks new
NEAR MINT (NM):Clean, looks new, close to mint
