Here's a rare acetate of Y&T's (actually Yesterday & Today at the time) album STRUCK DOWN. Evidently the band was trying to get off London Records, who released their first album, and management sent this acetate to Epic Records. There an A&R man reviewed the LP and recommended they not be signed, but someone be sent to see them live. This acetate, in EX+ condition, comes from that A&R man's collection along with his memo to his boss dated August 1977. This has to be a unique item. With a Capitol Records Studios label and jacket, and the band's production company and phone number & contact written on it. RARE !
