YOU AM I when you got dry 2 x 45 in a gatefold sleeve. this was really hard to track down when it was first issued in 1994 . Rumored to be less 500 of these pressed due to a pressing fault i think.

SLEEVE - ex+ gatefold
DISC - ex+ no marks or scratches and probably played once maybe twice and looked after. what you see on the scan of the disc is just dust.
