YESTERDAY’S OBSESSION-45-“Complicated Mind” b/w “The Phycle”-Pacemeaker Records #PM-262-Rare DJ Issue-KillerKool 1967 Houston TEXAS Garage-Punk=PUNKADELIC-Recorded at Gold Star Studios, Houston & Produced by Huey P. Meux. You may know this (both sides) from assorted comps-if not-Both sides are CRYPTIC-A side has dreary, cryptic and somewhat aloof guttural lead vocal with a driving distorted guitar, bizarre lyrics and a fast jangly lead break…B side is totally PUNKADELIC-really PSYCHOTIC & CRYPTIC, weird title-definitely acid laced-same doomed lead vocal, lyrically even more cryptic than the A side with an ominous continual Vox Continental organ throughout, with a fast and errie break…fuzz-crunch guitar comes in on the chorus each time…a quick primitive and trippy fuzz lead guitar break as well. On the classic & cool Houston PACEMAKER label. Great PUNKADELIC 2-sider.

Condition: Record is MINT-Minus…has a very slight small warp which does not affect play…very slight…B side has a slight ‘click’ on the opening due to pressing-not condition; some light background noise also due to pressing not condition…hardly noticeable with content.
