On offer here is without doubt one of the rarest and most sought after EPs of all time. On offer here is a STUNNING copy (especially in this condition) of the "Five Yardbirds" EP by The Yardbirds. This is an ORIGINAL UK pressing on the Columbia label!!!! This is one of the classic EPs of all time and certainly one of the most sought after!!!! It did not sell well, and is VERY hard to find - which is amazing when you consider the sheer quality of the music!!!! Also what makes this EP even rarer it that is still has its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! Most companies sold their EPs with NO inner sleeve - but Columbia was one of the exceptions and this ORIGINAL Yardbirds EP still has its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The Cat No. is SEG 8421 on the ORIGINAL Blue/Black Columbia label and is a MONO pressing. The record labels are in great condition, with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! It has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a few light paper scuffs!!!! It is great to find the playing is as STUNNING as the visual with NO pops, NO sticks, NO jumps, and NO crackle!!!! The vinyl must grade FULL Excellent!!!! The vinyl is strictly graded to RC grading standards - it wouldnt be in my interest not to!!!! The original inner sleeve is in PERFECT condition!!!! The cover is in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO corner wear, NO ringwear, NO writing, and only a few light creases. The opening edge is RAZOR straight, and the UNLAMINATED reverse has NO yellowing, NO writing and only very VERY minimal grubbyness!!!! The cover must grade Excellent(Minus)!!!!
