RARE 1970’s PRIVATE GEORGIA INDIE MINI LP
X-CONNECT
"SELF TITLED"
Record Number X-102480
An impossible to find 4 song, one sided mini LP by the band “X-Connect” from Georgia. This was released in 1979 and has an Indie, Alternative College Radio sound. The band includes Stu Hirsch, Dave Murphy, Bob Nowicki, and Patrick Anderson. Few of these were ever made and this may be the only copy you’ll ever see.
We have recorded a sound clip from two of the songs so you can listen:

The front cover has somebody’s name and phone number written on it, and it says “from Steve Mills”, the name and phone number that matches the business card entertainment managers name, whose card is taped to the inner sleeve. The back cover is plain white and the rest of the front has very little surface wear. The back cover has a small surface paper tear on the left edge measuring about 1 inch by ½ inch. The left corners have rubs and there is a less than 1 inch thin top seam split.
The one-sided record shows a bit of light surface scuffing and surface marking, much of which is probably from the paper inner sleeve. There are no scratches that can be felt on the grooves and the record does not appear to have had many plays.
All LPs come packaged carefully in a sturdy corrugated box made specifically for mailing LPs plus a cardboard insert. The covers are placed in clear plastic record sleeves. The vinyl is removed from the cover (except for SEALED items) for shipping to prevent seam splitting during shipment.
