Description
Up for auction is a very rare copy of the X album Los Angeles, originally released in the U.S. on Slash Records (SR-104) in 1980.
-Guaranteed original pressing -Original white and black "slash" labels -Original grayish black cover
-Original inner sleeve w/ lyrics -Red letter, red line spine -No UPC/bar code on cover
Note: Most copies of this album for sale on eBay are not originals--they are reissues with second state labels with red Slash titles. Also, these original covers were grayish black, not dark blue like the reissues.
Condition: Cover looks very nice, still has its original shine. No ring wear on front or back. Seams are nice, no splits, just some light rubbing here and there. Corners are nice, a couple light bumps and rub. Very well preserved original. Grade: Excellent (EX)
Vinyl also looks very nice, still has much of its original shine. No obvious scratches, but under a strong light, a few very faint, superficial hairlines show up, but nothing deep or serious--nothing that would affect the quality of playback. Labels look clean. Spot played, the record sounds excellent--seems to have been played a few times but handled with great care. Very nice original. Grade: Excellent (EX), better than typical VG+ copies
