With The Beatles STEREO Label Error UK 1st Press EX+

Incredible very early UK Parlophone STEREO first pressing of "With The Beatles" with the label incorrectly stating "DOMION"publishing credit for the track "You Really Got A Hold On Me", and incorrect title of "You Really Gotta Hold On Me" (instead of "You Really Got A Hold On Me") on the rear of the jacket.  The jacket also has the darker cover photo on the front plus large "STEREO" printing at the top right (as all original pressings have).
First stereo pressings of this LP are particularly rare as the production of mono LP's far outnumbered the production of stereo LP's in 1963. Also, there were a series of printing errors when this LP was first issued in England in November of 1963. On this particular pressing, the publishing credit for the track "You Really Got A Hold On Me" was incorrectly listed as being "Domion". When this error was discovered, it was quickly changed and the published credit was replaced with the correct credit of "Dominion". Also this one has the early jacket where the front cover photo was mistakenly printed too dark and this was quickly corrected and lightened.

Grading:  Jacket: (Excellent Plus): T he Garrod & Lofthouses front-laminated rear flipback "Patents pending" sleeve is in excellent plus condition. It is ultra clean with the slight handling/age wear. There are a few light laminate creases on the front panel. The bottom and top edges are superb as is the spine. The spine printing is fully legible. The four corners are all excellent or better. There are NO seam splits, NO ringwear and NO stickers.
Disc labels: (Side 1: Near Mint; Side 2: Near Mint):  Both labels are clean with NO writing and NO stickers and light spindle use only.
Disc (vinyl): (Side 1: Excellent plus; Side 2: Excellent plus):  The heavyweight disc weighs 145 grams, is unwarped, glossy and in superb condition. The disc shows very light use only. NO scratches or scuffs, just some hardly visible (under strong light) light surface marks. The disc is completely flat.  The stereo audio is excellent plus on both sides. NO skips, NO jumps, NO loud pops and NO loud distortion.
LP inner sleeve: (Near Mint): EMI "Emitex" sleeve is very clean with NO writing. No split seams.

Records that are not sealed in their original shrink-wrap will never be shipped in their original jackets.
