Musk-Projekt MP 7777/2-3
Rare original Swiss private label press from 1978. Superb bluesy prog from Switzerland. Highly recommended.
Both lp's are in very nice shape and play almost as new. Only major fault is in the beginning of C-side where you can hear background noise a few seconds. Gatefold covers has some stains and signs of wear but no seam-splits or anything that serious.

M-
Like new. No visible marks and plays perfectly. Covers look like just came from the factory. I use this for only for new records.
EX+/EX
Shows minimal signs of use or playback sound not perfectly clear but almost. Covers have some edgewear or mild stains. If the plus is missing the grading is closer to one level down.
VG+/VG
Record has visible marks or there is some background noise in playback. Nothing too serious yet. Covers have seen better days but are still ok. If the plus is missing the grading is closer to one level down.

Bigger problems. Deep scratches or significant background noise in the playback. Covers have major seam-splits, tears or dirt. I wouldn't keep this on the shelf anymore.
