Zustand / Condition Topzustand! Das Gatefold sieht etwas merkwürdig aus (leicht verschmiert), aber keine Sorge - das ist von Anfang an so gewesen. Liegt wahrscheinlich an der Produktion. Ist absolut nichts schlimmes, wollte es nur nicht unerwähnt lassen, bevor Beschwerden kommen.
Top condition! Gatefold looks kinda smudgy, but don't worry - it was like this from the beginning. Maybe some production thing. Nothing to worry about, just wanted to mention it before I get any complaints.

Warum kein 100% Feedback?
Eigentlich halte ich es für überflüssig, mich zu rechtfertigen. Wer meine Bewertungen sieht, kann sicher sein, dass er seine Ware in dem beschriebenen Zustand erhält. Leider gibt es Käufer, die nicht richtig lesen und akzeptieren können, dass unversicherter Versand immer auf eigenes Risiko erfolgt, wie auch klar und deutlich in den Versandhinweisen vermerkt. Natürlich kommen dann die Betrugsvorwürfe - bei einer lächerlichen Summe von nicht einmal 18 € und im gleichen Zeitraum ausschließlich zufriedene Käufer. Zumal Paypal die entstandenen Kosten in voller Höhe erstattet hat. Dass diese Rückzahlung bis zu 5 Tagen dauern kann, der Käufer dies in der Paypal-Email aber natürlich nicht gelesen hat, brauche ich nicht weiter zu kommentieren.
Um in Zukunft solche Probleme zu verhindern, wird auch Kleinstware immer versichert als Einschreiben verschickt. Sollten je nach Rubrik Portokosten anfallen, übernehme ich die Kosten für das Einschreiben, der Käufer zahlt die normalen Portokosten.
Why no 100% feedback?
Actually, I see so reason to explain myself. All customers can buy with confidence and get their stuff as described and in time. But from time to time, there are people, who cannot accept that uninsured packages are sent at own risk (as cleary stated in the shipping details). So if it got lost, there's no way for a refund or else. Of course, there are always rip-off accusations - for 18 € and although I had a lot of confident customers during that phase. That person got a full refund from Paypal which took up to 5 days, but of course he didn't read that.
So what's the consequence? From now on, all packages and letters are shipped with insurance and a tracking number. You pay the regular shipping costs, I bear the costs for the registered mail.
