Our inventory selection is enormous and the types of items we have are insanely diverse?

We screen each item very closely – and will attempt to point out any flaws that we find in the images provided.  I welcome and appreciate communication from you if on the rare occasion that you feel there is an error or condition concern that has not been addressed.

Please look at the images very closely – use the zoom in feature that is available from eBay.  It is best to ask questions about any item prior to purchase.  Please pay close attention to the condition statements when applicable.  Please note the related shipping charges for the item.

Return Policies:

·         We do accept returns on most items. Typically for 30 days after purchase.  30 Days starts the day your item is delivered to you. I welcome discussion outside of the 30 day period - there is no guarantee that you will be refunded, but will look at each situation and treat all parties fairly.

·         To be returned the item must be in the same condition as is depicted in the images provided with the listing.  Ex: if it was sealed and the seal or wrapping is no longer in place – that item will not be eligible for refund. OR it is eligible for a partial refund

·         We typically allow returns on items purchased up to 30 days (day one is when your item is delivered to you)

Payment and Shipping Policies

·        I ship in 1 Business day.  **** I will ship the same day If it is possible to get out the same day

·         When my store is on vacation – shipments will be processed within 1 business day of re-opening

·         I do offer shipping discounts for additional orders on the same day – if you are actively bidding on another auction item and would like to combine your order please notify me as soon as possible.

·         Large and Fragile items will be processed and shipped separately.  No shipping discounts are offered for these items.

·         If you purchase multiple Stickers, CDs and DVDs on the same day – The shipping fee is charged for the first and each additional item order is an added $1

Example:  You purchase 2 stickers, 2 CDs and one DVD – you would be the charged the rate of the highest (they are usually all the same) and $1 for each of the other four.

· Shipping will occur within 1 business day upon receipt of notification that payment has been received.  If you have a special need for a little extra time to make payment – please notify me within 24 hours of placing your order.  I try to be as flexible and fair as I can.  If I can hold it for an extra day or two I will – If you communicate with me

 Shipping will occur only after payment has been received – in all situations 100% of the time.

·         At times we use recycled or repurposed items for packing your purchase. (and probably too much tape – lol – I am working on that OCD trait)

·  For many items handling charges are necessary – depending on the packaging needs to ensure a safe arrival to you.  These Fees can range anywhere from $0.50 to $5.00 – and much higher if it is a large or freight shipping item.
