Description
This listing is for the complete set of 2022 7" vinyl singles released by the Weddoes along with the collector's box to store them in. Also included is a Clue Records Postcard and 8 than you cards that were received with some (but not all ) of the singles as they arrived month by month.
***Note that the set is listed as new all singles are still factory sealed. However it should be noted that there are a couple of marks on the top of the box - (which is how it arrived - not sure what happened there - see picture).
To have expected something on par with their best work this far into their career would have been ludicrous but they come pretty darn close here . At the very least , this collection of songs is certainly on par with the 1992 Hit parade singles that these new ones were intended as an anniversary endeavour for . Highlights abound including We Should be Together , We Interrupt this Programme , The heart-wrenching The Loneliest Time of the Year and the throwback-style outro-enriched I Am Not Going to Fall in Love with You which could easily be mistaken for a terrific Bizarro outtake .
