Webster Lewis and the post-pop, space-rock, be-bop, gospell tabernacle chorus and orchestra BABY! Live at Club 7 original 2-lp Sonet cover nm record nm (only one small surface scratch on side 4.) This is the ultra rare original double LP by Webster Lewis and the post-pop, space-rock, be-bop, gospell tabernacle chorus and orchestra BABY! recorded live at the Club 7 in Oslo Norway July 30-31 1971 and released in 1972 on the Sonet Norway label under Arne Bendiksen AS. Features the amazing 21.45 minutes long killer Do you believe? track that’s been sampled by Krueder and Dorfmeister and People Under the stairs. Other killers are the version of Isleys brothers Do your thing, simply an amazing 8 minute long version. The whole Lp has an very special sound; spriritual jazz meets soul and it’s a reason why some of the band members played with Pharaoh Sanders and Roland Kirk later. The line up is Webster Lewis-Hammond organ, Yamaha Electon and electric piano Judd Watkins-Judd Watkins Bobby Greene-altosax & Percussioninstr. Stan Strickland-Tenor Sax and percussion instr.
