Vinyl is in Excellent + condition Sleeve is in Excellent + condition
I have never graded a record mint. (look up the definition of mint) I also will very rarely grade a record as Near Mint. I have seen sealed records with smashed in corners and warping. Most of my records will be graded on Ebay as VG, VG+, EX, EX+, or EX++. I will never list a scratched record that falls underneath a Very Good rating. All my records will play clean.  Excellent++ is left for records that looked unplayed and have NO scratches.
Each record is checked, cleaned and shipped in a handmade cardboard mailer to insure that it makes it to you safely and securely.
