Description
The Ring Of The Nibelung - Richard Wagner Das Reingold, Die Walkürie, Siegfried, Göttedämmerung, Wilhelm Furtwängler conducting the Rome Symphony Orchestra. Recorded in Italy in 1953, issued on 18 discs in NM- condition in 4 separate boxed sets in large slipcase.

These are Seraphim (sub. of Angel Records) issues from original metal masters, recorded in '53, issued as Lps in '72. Records are in NM- condition - most have original slipcovers, 2 have replacement covers, boxes show some shelf wear, one has small tear in spine, repaired w/ tape. Complete with booklets containg librettos. (An extra Lp, "guide to the Ring", with excerpts, is missing, but all the four operas are complete). Satisfaction guaranteed.
