Description

Available today is a seldom seen and apparently new old stock WW2 Era United States War Department V Disk "Hit Kit" put out by the War Department - Music Section - Entertainment & Recreation Branch - Special Services Division - A.S.F.  This kit includes 18 different V Disk 78 RPM Vinyl records, a music book, and multiple lyric sheet handouts, all included in the original shipping box with carboard inserts.  The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is that the "Hit Kit" handouts don't match the records in the box?  I've never seen another so I can say if this was normal or not.  I've attempted to list the albums and songs included in the kit below.  This box is fairly heavy and will ship well padded in an additional box via USPS Media Mail unless a different method is preferred.

  • Please take a look at the photos for details on condition.
  • I will gladly combine shipping but please wait to pay for your items until you receive a combined invoice.
  • If "Buy it Now" is not enabled for the auction that means I plan to let the auction run and do not plan on selling the item via "Buy It Now".
  • If you don't see a shipping quote for your particular region that means I'm not shipping the item to your location.  Sometimes this is due to size, weight, or value of an item.  Thanks for your understanding.
