To help you better understand what you’re bidding for, I’ve put together the following information. I hope you will find it of help. Please note that I’m a private seller, not a dealer. I am not an expert on vinyl records and what follows is what I have discovered on the internet.
I have had this record in my possession from new (since 1963)
It's a rare record and is a must for any serious collector of Beatles records
About the "With the Beatles" record:
This was the Beatles second album, first released on November 22nd 1963 in mono form. The record for sale here is the Mono version.
The typical Parlophone label on this record is from the 1960's. It has a black label with "PARLOPHONE" in yellow.
There are a number of varieties of this album's label and cover and some are quite rare. There are 3 different variations of the mono record's label.

This record's 'deadwax' information:
(The 'deadwax' is the name given to the vinyl between the playing surface and the labels)
The deadwax on this record is impressed with: -
Side 1: XEX 447-1N
Side 2: XEX 448-1N
This shows that the record for sale here is the first pressing of this record.
The label and record cover variations of this record (see photos below):
(1) The song title, "YOU REALLY GOT A HOLD ON ME" is misspelt as, "YOU REALLY GOTTA HOLD ON ME".
(2) The song, "MONEY" is incorrectly credited to the publishers, "JOBETE" instead of to, "DOMINION, BELINDA (LDN.) LTD."
(3) The photo of the Beatles on the cover is very dark and you can't really make out the left eyes of any of them. This cover has printed on its back, "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending PMC 1206 PCS 3045" Future covers made this photo lighter.
The condition of this record:
Whereas I have read on the internet that most of the available copies of this record are in poor condition, the visible condition of the record for sale here is very good.
Side 1 has 3 small scratches
