Description
This is a fine copy of 1986 mini LP mostly-singles comp by British post-punk group Wire. The record compiles the group's first five 45 a-sides (from "Mannequin" to "Map Ref. 41º N 93º W"), and adds two tracks from the group's debut LP, only one of which ("12XU") appeared on a single -- though I won't complain about the inclusion of "Lowdown." The jacket's main flaw is some light warping and (on the back cover) faint staining, presumably from some liquid being spilled on it (see photo for the former; the staining is too light for my camera to capture). It's otherwise close to pristine with light creasing along the spine -- overall EX. The disc has a fingerprint and some wispy hairline scraping on side 2, and is otherwise clean, and it plays close to M- with occasional light surface noise on side 2 (EX+).
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
