                           ULTRA RARE UK 45. This is the only one I have ever seen.                        

ARTIST..... WINSTONS FUMBS

TITLE..... REAL CRAZY APARTMENT/SNOW WHITE

LABEL & CATALOGUE NUMBER..... RCA 1612

COUNTRY OF ISSUE. UK

PLAYS..... There is a little light crackle on the run in groove both sides with the A side playing VG+ and the B at least VG+. Fantastic sound.

CONDITION, VINYL..... There are a few surface marks but nothing bad.

CONDITION, LABEL..... There is a very small sticker on the A side and the B is clean. NICE.
