Description
I have access to 100's of rock records and memorabilia. Most of this stuff belonged to my brother from his press agency days and hasn't seen the light of day for 20 - 30 years - includes loads of signed records and other cool stuff. A lot of the records have never been played and some are still sealed in shrinkwrap. More to come so keep checking my listings every week!
Ultra rare original UK issue 7" on the CIA label CIA 72 from 1978. One of the rarest and most sought after UK punk releases, an ultra obscure diy release with the rare handmade picture sleeve. An experimental punk band from the Watford area, this was the only record they released. From the name you may think these were a racist band but far from it, this record is actually about youthenasia. This was a self financed low budget release with only 200 made. The record is unplayed but if your expecting high quality sound you'll be disappointed, sounds like they used overdubs for some reason or maybe it was just cheap equipment anyway thats not important. The sleeves the band members made themselves and most of them were stuck around a plain white inner sleeve but they got fed up with this so the rest were never finished - this is one of them and as you can see on the photo it has the glue stains where it was glued ready but just left. The glue stains have turned brown over the years but no rippling or bubbling etc. I remember one of the band members selling a handfull of these on ebay a few years ago but none of them had the original ultra rare pic sleeve. Extremely rare and the chances of finding another one with the original diy sleeve are remote to say the least - don't let it get away! Condition - sleeve other than the glue stains ex+, disc unplayed
