WEST COAST CREW - Wild/We Are The Crew/Jealous People LP KOPPER - "Time To Say Goodbye"
Description: HERE IT IS! Thee #1 hip hop acetate ultra RARE holy grail jem treasure of 2017.... Mid 1980's hip hop featuring vocoder & 808 beats by the well respected & much sought after WEST COAST CREW! Acetate is in playable shape, has scratches, scuffs, edge warp, but will play through, & sounds pretty good. Acetate was only played a few times to test, & was tested on 2 different turntables, playing through edge warp just fine! Surface noise is minimal, mostly noticeable between tracks & on the quiet "Time To Say Goodbye" track. This is a song recorded in 1982, but for some reason not released until 1985! There are a few pops, but nothing major. This is more of a collector's item than a record to be played. Never seen one of these, & this might be the only one out there! Quite uncommon as the track listings include a track by KOPPER (who released the single on KMA Records ) in between tracks on the B Side! We've tried to upload video showing playback of 1st track, granted the sound quality might not be the best. ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE ASK, as we do NOT want problems on either end! Description: Another RARE hip hop treasure from WEST COAST CREW! A white label promo of the single "We Are The Crew" b/w "Jealous People"! Has been play tested, & sounds great! The short lived Kiss My Ass Records release from 1985! Never seen one of these white label promos before, & this one has a lot of life left! Acetate has some scratches & scuffs, grades as a VG. Small edge warp, & very edge of record has a few "nicks". Has been play tested, & plays very good! NO locked grooves, NO skips, & little surface noise (mostly noticeable between tracks). Center labels have smudged ink, & spindle hole is in great shape! Sleeve is generic plain white sleeve. (Hear audio & see record play via listing link.) Test Press = Vinyl grades as VG+ with some light hairline scuffs/scratches. Labels are plain white with red ball point pen denoting tracks/info. Overall, nice shape! Has been play tested, & sounds great! Sleeve is generic plain white sleeve. See photos.
