This is a rare opportunity to purchase from 1971 Looking Thru A Window b/w We Need A Song from Wendy Saddington on 7" vinyl single, in Very Good+ Condition.
This superb single shows Wendy’s wonderful bluesy, heart wrenching and soulful voice at it’s very best.
It reached #22 on the charts in September 1971 and should have gone a lot higher and been a major hit.
- Vinyl Single Looking Thru A Window (6’00) b/w We Need A Song (3’25).
Wendy is backed on We Need A Song by Billy Thorpe on vocals and Warren Morgan on piano.
Both songs were composed and produced by Billy Thorpe and Warren Morgan and she is backed by The Aztecs.

Details / Condition
- This record is from my own collection.
- It has always been kept inside a plastic record bag and stored vertically in shelving.
- Catalogue number Infinity INK-4308, 45rpm single record.
- Record Both sides are shiny black. Side A, Looking Thru A Window has a small scuff; Side B, We Need A Song, has a hair line scratch. Both sides have a few light crackles but otherwise in very good condition.
- Record labels Mint Condition.
- Deadwax area MX38663, MX38664
- Paper Sleeve has a store price tag on one side, one very small yellow stain, otherwise in Excellent Condition.
Shipment
- The record will be packed between 2 sheets of corrugated cardboard and despatched in an Australia Post Padded Bag.
