This concert is the real deal AND NOT available commercially. 

Recorded 3 years before the Nashville Concert, which was recorded 8/12/1978 (which is available commercially), was broadcast on TV only in the North Texas region and then locked away in a vault for nearly 35 years.  Also, this concert is not to be confused with the 2 Austin City Limits programs "Waylon Live from Austin Texas (1989) " and " Live from Austin Texas (1984) " that were released commercially in the last couple of years.        

By 1975, Waylon had found his sound and was well on his way to superstardom.  If you want to see Waylon at his best and in strong voice, with his leather covered Telecaster turned up, Ralph Mooney's steel guitar screaming thru the music with Richie Albright's double clutching bass drum (original WAYLORS) you need to check this out.  Concert includes very rare live performances of songs such as "Ladies Love Outlaws", "Let's All Help The Cowboys Sing The Blues", "Old Five and Dimers", "If You Could Touch Her At All", "It's Not Supposed To Be That Way", to name a few.  I have collected WAYLON music since 1966 when I heard a radio promo for the Nashville Rebel.  I have collected and bought everything available on eBay for years, a lot of which was pure junk with degraded video and audio.  This is not in that category by a long shot I assure you. 

I remastered this to a widescreen format with professional appearing menu and graphics and remastered the audio to 5.1 surround.  If the winning bidder lives in Europe, UK, or elsewhere that is common to the PAL DVD regional coding, I can recode the DVD for you enabling playability on your DVD Player.  Also, if you do not possess a widescreen TV, I can send it to you in the original standard 4:3 format.  DVD is guaranteed to play in modern DVD Players and looks great on widescreen TV's, especially if you have an upconverting 1080p DVD Player.  (I don't know about older first generation DVD players).  I test each DVD in 3 different players to insure playability.
