On Apr-22-07 at 13:59:04 PDT, seller added the following information:

Someone asked me why the sleeve is graded VG++. The main reason is that the back cover has a bit of wear, see the picture. Not too bad if you ask me, but everyone should know before bidding, since we only want happy customers. It didn't affect the inside of the gatefold, so that part is still looking great. If you're looking for a perfect sleeve, this isn't for you. If you don't need your BM collection new and shiny then this is definitely your call!
