WALTER HAMILTON  "Don't Ever Hide Your Face" (Mid 70's?) No year listed PRIVATE PRESS on BIG H records #AR 6000  VERY RARE FUNK SOUL GRAIL !!! First copy I ever found in over 20 years of diggin'. I don't want to let this go, but I need the dough (it rhymes).  WOW, very cool private press funk soul nugget !!!  A little bit of everything on here: funky instrumentals, soulful vocal groovers, dirty blues, jazz funk etc... all with hard hitting drums, interesting synth & keys & an overall low fi private press vibe. Reminds me of early: Roy Porter, Cal Green, Johnny Guitar Watson, George Benson Paul Winley period etc.. mixed with some funk 45s.  Looks like a family based group (ala TURNER BROS) with: Walter Hamilton (Lead Guitar and Vocals), Willie Hamilton Jr. (Rhythm Guitar), W.D. Hamilton & Kent Hamilton (Bass), Joe Hunter, George Fowler & Donald Hamilton (Keyboards), Keith E Hamilton & Toby Hamilton (Drums), George Fowler (Synthesizer) and Jesse Richards (Rhythm Guitar). Produced, Arranged, Written and Conducted by Walter Hamilton.  Glued Back Cover: VG+ (light ringwear on front cover and slight aging / yellowing on back, no seam splits) WAX: VG++/M- SUPER CLEAN (Close to mint but a few light paper scuffs) .
