Description
Offered is a 12" LP record containing a number of commercial radio advertisements (spots) promoting the Absent Minded Professor and the Shaggy Dog movies, both starring the great Fred MacMurray, copyright 1967 by Walt Disney Productions. Based on the copyright date, this must have been promoting the 1967 re-release of these movies as a double feature, since the original releases were 1961 and 1959 respectively. It is pressed on red vinyl.
Side 1 has 5 tracks and side 2 has 8 tracks. Each track is played individually, there are no grooves linking the tracks.
I don't know if this came with a cover or any printed matter but in any event, this record is all I have.
The record is in VG condition, with a few random scratches (none are deep) and it plays with some crackle in the quiet spots and random pops, no skips. There is a stain on one label and a slight storage warp that doesn't affect play.
This is an offbeat and rarely seen item for the quality Disney collection! I will gladly trade it for a pound of flubber!
