I know this to be a quite rare sought after item having checked on record sites. The disc is in very good condition but there is one long scuff mark on one side - the record plays ok it has seemingly no effect on playback but to be safe I feel comfortable to describe as good, the sleeve is as shown on photos showing obvious signs of wear,it's been in a loft for a number of years but I've played the record through before advertising,it's a must for serious collectors of hard to find 60s music on vinyl
