 This is a pretty cool picture disc with wartime style music - big band orchestra kinda stuff.  because of the delicate nature of vinyl this will be shipped in a special record mailer made specifically for shipping vinyl with insurance and therefore shipping costs a bit more.  Please see the photos as I am not a vinyl guy, plays fine in my not so humble opinion.  (^_^)

I am not a collector or an authority on any of this but about as knowledgeable as a decent Google search.  I am selling mostly vintage and antique goods, if you are expecting items to be in brand new condition, then most of the items we sell are not for you. Vintage and Antique items are very rarely in absolute pristine or new condition, they are what they are, older and in used condition.  Please use the photos to help judge content and condition, if you are unsure in any way please ask. The item(s) in the picture are the one(s) you will receive.

Item will be shipped to your Paypal CONFIRMED address and comply to Paypal policy on cleared payments. Shipping in the U.S.  is  UPS or USPS Economy, Media Mail, or Priority Mail.    I will gladly combine items to save on shipping when possible.   I am a Pay Pal Verified User so Bid with Confidence!!Contact me if you need clarification. Item ships immediately upon  receipt of payment. No local pickup unless previously arranged.

Shipping Policy

I attempt to ship within 1-2 days of receiving confirmed payment and often it will be the same day. I will email you to let you know when the item has shipped and provide a tracking. I require insurance on all shipments. If something causes an item to be shipped slower than indicated, I will contact you via email to let you know. I ship only via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Return Policy

Due to issues I've seen happen to a few of my friends who sell on eBay, I have adopted the following policy from them. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, I am always prepared to take a return and by bidding on this auction, you agree to ALL of the following return terms and conditions:
Items for return MUST be returned to me postmarked no more than 3 days after the date of your receipt as indicated on the USPS or UPS delivery confirmation website. All return shipping and handling costs are to be paid by YOU the buyer. You can use the shipping calculator to work out your return cost from the weight I indicate in the auction. If you do not like the possibility of this cost to you in case you don't like the item, PLEASE DO NOT BID! When received by me, the item must be in original and exact condition as when I shipped it and this will be determined by me and me alone and my decision is final and binding. If the item is not in the same exact condition, I will inform you of this and together we will communicate to resolve the problem. Basically at that point, your choices are to pay for the item to be shipped back to you, or to take the loss. Depending on the state of the item, I shall either relist or discard it if you do not pay to have it shipped back to you within 14 days.  I advise that all returns have delivery confirmation and be insured, and if they are lost or damaged or the insurance will not pay, it is YOUR loss. If the item is in the same exact original condition, I shall make a refund to you via postal order mailed only to the address of original shipping, NO EXCEPTIONS! The amount refunded will be the actual amount received from you less any PayPal fees incurred by me if you paid that way, the actual original shipping costs paid by me, the cost of the stamp to mail the refund to you, and any eBay fees for the auction. I will not charge you any "handling" fees for a return. So the net result of all this for me, is that after you bidding and winning the auction, me shipping and then you returning the item, I am back where I started. If you are unhappy with this in any way, DO NOT BID!

I charge a 25% of purchase price restocking fee for all returned items to discourage scammers from attempting to swap out merchandise.  This is also to prevent buyers from “purchase browsing” sticking me with the cost of shipping – If you have a problem paying for shipping to and from for a return please do not bid.  If you have questions or would like a picture – please give me a day to respond and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I would like to point out that I have excellent feed back and always try to make sure items are represented as accurately as possible. I'm sorry that a policy this exact has to be instituted but due to certain buyers attempting to scam sellers by switching the sent items for similar defective ones, ones of a lesser quality, and other issues, I'm forced to do this to protect myself.
