Description

You are bidding on a Vogue The Picture Record R732 / R732-13 by Art Mooney and his Orchestra. Songs include In The Moonmist (Matrix #P39-2BA) and I Don't Know Why (I Just Do) (Matrix #40-1C). This is one of the rarer mis-numbered records. Normal R732 on one side but the other is R732-13. These are very limited records and were only made for two years 1946 - 1947 by Sav Way Industries of Detroit MI. A unique method starting with a metal plate with picture applied, vinyl poured and grooves cut. Nearly unbreakable. Colors are strong and vibrant. This disc does have minor marks and scratches but NO chips or cracks and is over 70 years old. I Don't Know Why side is faded like left in the sun on display. Picture shows the center has vibrant strong colors but the grooves section is cloudy. Thanks for looking and bidding.
