Beautiful sobbing blond on bed with black negligee, artwork (on both sides) signed: "sprink". The side A song: "Mean To Me" by Turk - Ahlert, sung by The King's Jesters and Louise.

Reverse B side is "Humphrey, The Sweet Singing Pig", by Yogi Yorgesson and Jimmy Hilliard, sung also by the Jesters. Comical images of singing and dancing pigs in the muddy farm pen.
