Vogue Picture Record Enric Madriguera Orchestra R-760




 

Up for auction is a Very Neat Old Vintage Vogue Picture Disc Record. It is a 2 sided graphically done picture record. The line across the disc is only reflection from the light camera flash, picture is near perfect but not tried for sound. Each side has a different picture depiction.    I don't know the exact age (about 1946-47) but the manufacturer seems to be Vogue, Sav-Way Industries, Detroit, Michigan, A Tom Saffady Product.  I will be listing several of these great picture records. I believe these to be but am not sure sure if they are 78 rpm records or not? Collectors will most likely know the correct rpm of the discs, view pics.  They are very mildly worn yet still mostly good & intact.  They measure approx.  10" in diameter.  Overall a nice vintage scene disc with the slightest of wear. I don't think they were played much.  Nice depiction of a Man & woman on one side and woman, violin, madriguera with orchestra on the other. The songs are "The Minute Samba" & the opposing side, "So It Goes" both by Enric Madriguera and his Orchestra.  There is the number R-760 on both sides.  I am no expert in Antique old Records, Music, Picture disks or like products, so, please bid according to what you know or like.   There are some pictures so please look closely at what you will actually be getting, see photos. This Record is being sold as found from an old New England Estate with imperfections included.
