Up for auction today is a Vintage Howdy Doody and the Air-O-Doodle, 2 Record Set with Gatefold Story Book.
This is the rare 78 RPM set on RCA Victor. Featuring Howdy Doody and it's creator, Bob Smith.
Story and Music by Edward Kean, Orchestra conducted by Henri Rene.
Outside, the album jacket is in very good condition with super color, some wear on the edges, small tear on the spine near bottom, partly open near bottom, and a few wrinkles and minor creases. Still looks awesome as you can see! Has a nice inset photo of Bob Smith.
"Come on and have fun with Howdy Doody" says NIPPER, the RCA Victor pup.
Inside you will find the pair of very heavy, high quality, "non breakable" albums in good condition with some minor surface marks, minor wear, good labels, complete set.
This jacket features a gate fold story, not to be confused with the smaller 45 RPM story book version.
These records come on RCA Victor.
