I do want to say that IF something goes wrong, if I have made a mistake of some kind, we both should agree, as buyer and seller, to solve the problem like civilized people. Negative feedback should not be used as a ‘first response’ to a mistake…….... I mean, like, I am only human.

THERE ARE MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE EBAY FEEDBACK SYSTEM – Here a just a few: ……….. feedback % is only for the last 12 months (SO, even though over the past 15 years I have sold 1700 items with no issues, that doesn’t count….) ……….. feedback doesn’t include total sales, BUT only individual buyers – so, if you buy 5 x $50 items from me this week, that counts as 1 feedback….. It counts the same as a .99 cent item ………… And what about if you buy something from me 6 months later? …….. Who knows, it’s all part of Ebay’s incomprehensible policies ……… To continue: Ebay software doesn’t work, recently my Feedback % rating was changing every few days, up then down – DESPITE NO NEW FEEDBACK…….. (I called eBay, NATURALLY they could not explain it)………….. Also, buyers can leave negative feedback, sellers cannot …………. And HUGE NUMBERS of buyers NEVER leave feedback…….. it’s an epidemic – check the eBay Discussion Board………. So, that skews the whole system…….. For a seller, the Feedback system is an utter nightmare….

........................... REFUNDS: If it is an obvious mistake on my part, full or partial refunds are given. Shipping refunds are dependent on the mistake. In certain refund situations I need the item shipped back to me – which has never happened but just in case. If it is clearly my mistake, return shipping could be reimbursed. But again, in all my years I've never had to resort to this.
