Description

Here it is! An original copy of the Village Pistols 45, "Big Money/Strawberry Field Forever". Record with Picture Sleeve. Sleeve is numbered (#146). Actually numbered twice since the first stamp wasn't very clear it was renumbered. These were numbered by hand and that is how this one could be stamped twice since an actual person was doing it. Around half (250) of the copies were numbered since the green ink did not dry fast enough on the slick paper and the whole process was taking too long. You can see to the left of the band photo on the back of the sleeve where some green ink from another sleeve transferred when the sleeves were stamped and stacked on top of each other. A real collectors item. Sleeve and record will be shipped together but record will not be in sleeve. Handling cost includes insurance.
