Up for auction is a very rare album cover with Dizzy Gillespie's signature. The album signed is, "A Portrait of Duke Ellington Dizzy Gillespie and His Orchestra".
His signature on the back cover and reads, "Best Wishes, Dizzy Gillespie".
The Verve album number is MG V-8386 and the condition of the record is VG+ (no one is really going to care about the condition of the record). The cover is in fine condition, there is a top seam split of about 6 inches, but the cover itself is fresh and the signature is clear.
This is an old album and the signature is probably over 40 years old. Bid with confidence, we have a long unblemished record with eBay as a power seller.
GRADING OF RECORDS:
SS = Still sealed, never opened
NM = Near mint or unplayed condition
EX = Only slight signs of wear, very clean, only slight surface marks which will not distract significantly from the sound

VG = Overall wear, but no skips or serious defects, notable noise during quiet passages
VG- = Heavy wear on record
G = rough condition, usually used for hole fillers only
