- Sleeve: VG VG+VG+ VG+ (Front has someone's name written in black ink at the top middle. Some wear with some dirt from age. Bit of wear along the edges. Bit of dirt in the middle on each side. The back has a bit of dirt from age. Small split on bottom of front and back of cover)
- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly) VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG++VG (Side 4 has some scratches) VGVG++ (Side 2 has some scratches)
