Beautiful - essential album from Verve - forget 'Bittersweet Symphony' and 'Lucky Man' this is altogether more raw and, for a band assembled from such callow youth, absolutely stunningly well played. It's, almost 'prog rock' actually - but you didn't hear me say that... right?

ANNOUNCEMENT: Upcoming EBay policy changes require me to change the way my listings will appear.

After Oct 1 2009, sellers will be forced to offer free shipping as the first domestic shipping option in 'media' categories.
Please note that shipping is NOT free and will be built into the start price. International sales will have a lower shipping price to compensate for this.
I want to keep the price to you, the buyer, the same.
Multiple items shipped together will include falsely high shipping charges as a result and I will refund the difference where necessary.
The only real change will be that I pay more in fees to ebay.

Also after Oct 1 2009 sellers will no longer be able to offer insurance as an option on shipping. This decision means that you cannot have insurance even if you want it, unless I pay for it.
My policy has always been to offer insurance as an option if the buyer wants it. I haven't changed my policy but eBay have removed the option for all of us. Thanks eBay.
Most people don't require insurance but if you do wish to take out insurance on a valuable item, please note I will be asked to pay for this myself. I cannot compensate for loss or damage in the Post for uninsured items. Please blame eBay for this - I don't like it at all.

Shipping: Buyer pays for postage & packaging. I charge the going rate at the Post Office. You can discuss anything you like with me prior to bidding but you must agree with me before bidding.

All UK customers: Your item will be shipped by 1st class recorded delivery unless you contact me first for an alternative shipping method. This comes with automatic loss/damage cover up to a value of 38.00 GBP*
All international (non-UK) customers: Your item will usually be shipped by Airmail (small packets) contact me first for alternative shipping methods if, for example, you require trackable shipping*

Damage or loss in the post:
Please understand: Items lost, damaged or stolen during transport are NOT my responsibility despite whatever eBay might have you believe. I am not a business seller, I am a private individual trading in second hand goods. I am at the mercy of the Postal services or carrier of buyers choice. You can take it up with eBay if you don't like it, there is nothing I can do about it, however please bear in mind that eBay will never re-imburse you, it is ME that will have to bear the costs. If I feel you have abused me by making a false claim, I will block your ID permanently.Anyway, karma will get you.
I do NOT refund for items that go missing or get damaged by the Post without insurance. If you do not agree with me on this, you may NOT BID on my items.

Payment:
Items will ship as soon as payment is received and cleared. Payment must be complete within 14 days. Paypal No extra charge for Paypal fees. Multiple items: please pay in one payment to save fees for me (wait until I send you an invoice!). E-Cheque Please Note: Paypal 'E-Cheque' users: Your item will be delayed while funds clear! Cash Only C.O.D., NOT in the mail. Ebay banned that long ago. Personal cheques From UK accounts only, in GBP. I may allow your cheque to clear before sending your items (normally 5 working days minimum).Ebay are going to ban this soon as well Postal Orders, Money Orders Payment in GBP please.Ebay are going to ban this soon too! Return / Refund policy: Items must be returned to me within 30 days of auction end date. I refund only for errors in the listing and genuine complaints about the item. If you simply didn't like it, that's tough. Please ensure you want the item before buying. Do not return items without first contacting me!

Paying and corresponding:
You should receive an invoice automatically through eBay - but if you have won more than one item, and the items are not all listed on your invoice, please let me know before paying. I will update your invoice.
Please ensure that all correspondence contains the item number and/or the email address associated with your eBay account. This helps us both to locate correspondence and deal with any future problems.

Feedback:
Positive+ feedback is always left after you let me know you're happy with your items. I do not consider a transaction to be complete until such time. The easiest way to let me know you're happy is to leave feedback for me.
Remember the feedback system is still voluntary. I will never chase buyers for feedback.

Guarantee:
I guarantee every item I list to be as described. I will refund upon return of goods if not as described. If I goof, I'll pay! but the same goes for you... fair? I think so.

Problems and resolutions:
I want to make sure my customers are happy so please come to me first with any problems. If you do not do so I will block your user ID permanently because I feel this is disrespectful to me. I'm here to help you, so you should only go through eBay or Paypal's complaints procedures if I fail to respond. Please note that I am frequently away from my desk for days at a time although |I will always be checking emails when possible.

Finally:
Ebay have forgotten whose stuff is actually being sold here. Please remember that I AM THE SELLER - NOT EBAY.
