Original UK Pressing - SEALED 1994 CRE LP-169
Oasis - Definitely Maybe vinyl with the catalog number CRE LP 169 is the original 1994 UK first pressing released on Creation Records. Widely considered the "holy grail" for Oasis collectors and Britpop enthusiasts. I've taken a few pictures of giveaway identifiers to prove this is a first pressing, namely: the Creation Records and CRE LP 169 on the spine, and the barcode with the Creations Records and address in the upper right back corner, shown right and left.
💎 Why This Pressing is Significant - This was released before the label's distribution deals changed, making it the most authentic representation of the band's debut. Unlike later digital remasters, the original 1994 vinyl is praised for its raw, loud, and "wall of sound" analog energy that defined the Gallagher brothers' early sound. It is a double LP (2xLP) set, which was necessary to preserve the audio quality of the long, heavily distorted tracks. This copy is still sealed in shrinkwrap.

    • I bought this album when it first came out, along with 400 others from Music + when they were going out of business. I have has it, and many other early 90's released stored in my record room (along with the other 10,000, yes that number is right, albums) which is temperature controlled, and non-smoking as well. Many of them are currently listed, but I still have a ton to list, and I like to be thorough and accurate in my listings, so I don't just throw them up and see what sticks, like many other sellers do.
    It is still sealed in the original relatively loose shrinkwrap, and also will come with two new acid free inner sleeves and a mylar outer so the new owner can keep them fresh and clean.
    BUY FROM A PRO. I've tried to be as specific with detailed information. I am not just one of these guys trying to make a buck. I CARE about what I sell. See the blurb ABOUT ME below.
    Needless to say, everyone's system is different. That said, I cannot account for what you will experience during playback, but on MY system, it played exactly as described above. It is sold as-is.

If your parcel gets lost OR damaged in freight, your item will be replaced if one is available OR you will be completely refunded!

If you are buying more than one of my items and would like to SAVE MONEY by COMBINING SHIPPING costs, I will be happy to do so, but eBay has now made it more difficult to get discounts by confusing people with "Buy it Now" and "Add to Cart" options on non-auction style pages.
