After owning this record for over 25 years, I am reluctantly selling off parts of my personal collection.

**CONDITION & GRADING (VISUAL GRADE ONLY - UNPLAYED):**

photos carefully. This vintage record is visually graded only.

* **Vinyl Condition:** Vinyl (VG+): Visual grading only. The disc retains a beautiful, bright original luster. Dead wax features the authentic hand-etched matrix numbers alongside the official Utopia Studios stamp and "GG" stamper marks. Shows only minor, negligible paper scuffs under direct light. Clean silver-and-blue labels. I do not own a turntable to play test.

**Inner Sleeve & Poster Condition:** (VG+): Includes the highly sought-after original poster, which has never been pinned or taped to a wall. Immaculate lyric sheet insert. Includes the period-correct plain white die-cut inner sleeve. The insert/poster grade is brought down to VG+ solely due to a slight bend/crease on one corner of the poster; otherwise, they are Near Mint.
**Outer Sleeve Condition:** (VG): Fully intact with tight seams and a completely legible spine. Features normal vintage shelf wear, moderate front/back ring wear, and a tiny area of superficial paper loss/scratch directly above the gold front logo text from price label removal. Printed by Sleeveprint Ltd Bedford.

**PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED PRIOR TO SHIPPING:**

This record has been deep-cleaned using a Spin-Clean system with distilled water and anti-static solution to clear any microscopic storage dust. It has been placed into a brand new, clean anti-static inner sleeve. It will be shipped alongside the sleeve, original poster, plain inner sleeve and the original lyric sheet in a new outer record sleeve to keep everything pristine.
