Man, I really hate to let this one go because I am unlikely to every find a copy as nice as this… and nor are you! What we have here is the original blue label mono pressing of the classic first Velvet Underground LP. I found this LP in a private collection and I don’t think that it had ever been played… the vinyl looks brand new and as you can see in the photos the banana on the jacket is completely unpeeled. This appears to be an east coast pressing as the labels say “Side 1” rather than “Side A,” and the matrix etchings are “V5008 side 1 MG 558 Rev” on side 1 and "V5008 SIDe 2 MG 559” on side 2. 
Condition:  jacket: VG/VG+ (hole punch in lower left corner; some light to moderate ring/shelf wear) vinyl: NM (one or two extremely faint sleeve scuffs are visible upon close inspection, but the vinyl looks essentially brand new; when I play test the record there is a little bit of light crackle to be heard at the beginning of each side, which is likely just from dust or perhaps fingerprints around the edge of the record)
