up for auction today is a rare 2015 issued 2xTranslucent Red Vinyl LP set compilation by Various Artists titled  'High Fidelity Original Soundtrack'. this set was issued in 2000 copies limited edition, this Red Translucent  version is a subset of 500 copies of that 2000. this one is machine-numbered #6863. this has most of the  songs from the Stephen Frears film of same name - a Rom-Com with John Cusack as a record store owner dealing with his relationship history (Record Store owners have romantic relationships?). the selection of songs is a very cool history of Alt & Classic rock - Dylans 'most of the time', VU, Shipbuilding, Stevies 'When I Fall In Love It Will Be Forever' and more. even Jack Blacks take on 'Lets Get It On' appears here. a great buy for Classic/Alt Rock fans, or fans of the film. Hollywood D002176001 in full color gatefold sleeve (that mimics the  US 'A Hard Days Night') & download card. Allmusic.com rates this at 4 stars of 5.

hello! for my latest round of Ebay Auctions, I will be selling some of my collection of Vinyl Album/10"/45rpm 'Extras'. These will mainly consist of discs I am willing clear out, some after owning for Decades. this is no indication of lack of quality of the music. I have quite a bit of this material to sell, in a wide variety of genres.  So if you are interested in Vinyl, keep an eye out for my listings in the next couple of months (currently late October 2025). Listings will be in alpha order by artist name.
NOTE - shipping costs will be higher for Vinyl pieces. To ensure safety in shipping, I bought new vinyl shipping boxes, cardboard inserts & paper inner sleeves.
1 - All opened pieces will be shipped with vinyl separate from cover & inner sleeve (if printed), in a white paper Inner sleeve, and protective clear outer sleeve (as long as I have them) 2 - I will also be placing handmade corner protection pieces in the box.  3 - If you are an experienced buyer, you probably have a habit of cleaning any new record you buy. but this is a reminder, especially on the older pieces. 4 - pay attention to the condition description part of listing: that is where I will state any splits, Cover wear and defects in vinyl.
All pieces are complete, unless stated. NOTE I am a private collector selling off his music, I am NOT a dealer.  I have sold via ebay in the past, and have restarted after retiring in December 2020. My feedback rating is accurate: I am an efficient and reliable seller.
I usually ship media mail. if you want to use first class or priority, LMK and I will bill you accordingly. I DO offer multiple-item shipping discounts, so please wait for invoice if you win more than one vinyl piece! I also do not  mind waiting up to a week for you to buy more and get further Shipping discounts.
