Following our recent restriction for falling foul of the eBay star-rating 'hit' system, we hope to be back in business with international listing and shipping. With any luck things will be back to normal next week.
Remember this all buyers: What eBay don't tell you is that anything less than 5 stars in any category is a bad vote. You might think that 4 stars is a perfectly good vote but sellers are expected to average MORE than 4.5 stars in each category. We will strive to improve our speed of delivery and communications - as we must - but please remember two things: 1) most importantly we are here to help if anything is wrong and we guarantee to make your purchase a good one, so come to us first with any problems. 2) We are a busy shop so we might need a day to get back to you with messages. We charge for the shipping cost. We only charge what it actually costs and we think that's fair. Someone always had to pay the postman...
Insurance is only available with premium shipping services which can be arranged if you wish. Please remember that is your choice!

PAYMENT:
Payment is by Paypal only! (eBay users without Paypal cannot bid on our items).
Please ALWAYS wait for your invoice, especially if you have won multiple items because we will need to calculate the shipping.
Payment must be completed within 7 days of end of auction (or items will be re-listed). Please contact us before bidding if you cannot do this (we can make special arrangements as long as we know what you want!)
Refunds:
We refund only where we have made a mistake in the listing such as: Wrong item, item not as described, etc. We do not automatically refund for accidental damage or loss in transit.
