Up for Sale is an 11year old Rare & OOP Van Morrison 2Lp set called Keep It Simple from 2008!
I am the original owner of this Lp set,was the first and only person to open it and play it,and it has only been played 3 maybe 4 times. For a later period Van album it sounds very nice and the bonus Side 4(Side D) which has Rare,Live songs also sounds Very nice as well.
The Lp's themselves I would rate at almost NM,but since they've been played a few times and they have that look that some new Lp's have even when they are brand new I will rate these at a Solid VG++.They play all the way through without any skips or issues obviously.
The Cover I will rate at a VERY SOLID VG++. Some very,very,very minor corner,edge wear from being just over 10 years old but nothing serious at all.There are no rips,tears or hole punches anywhere front or back on this cover.
