This is the very rare vinyl version of Van Halen's "Balance" LP. I would describe the condition of this LP as follows:

 

Cover: Near Mint.    Everything about the cover is perfect except there is the smallest of creases on the back of the LP. This is barely noticeable as you can only really see it in certain light. It is impossible to see it with the PVC sleeve on. All the usual wear and tear areas such as the spines, corners and so on are in perfect mint condition.

Inner Cover: Mint     Perfect - no wear, tears or creases. Includes lyrics on cover.

Vinyl:            Mint     Plays perfectly. Played only once or twice at most (if at all) as I also owned the CD and played that instead. The vinyl appears perfect and unblemished.

 

I bought this LP brand new from the late lamented Select-a-disc shop in Nottingham in the late 90s. This is a rare opportunity for a collector of Van Halen vinyl.
