Description

Up for auction is Van Halen's Balance on vinyl.  I am not a record collector so I will do my best to describe for you.  Please see the attached photographs.
Album sleeve is still in the cellophane wrap and has an additional plastic protective sleeve.  There is a promo sticker from the record label on the cover.  Overall, sleeve is in very good condition.
The record itself was viewed under a light.  It appears to be in excellent condition.  I did detect a few dust particles that could easily be cleaned with a brush however I did not have an appropriate one and would rather leave that to the experts.
This does come with the inner picture sleeve, also.
