Van Halen - Balance RARE Orig. 1995 US Pressing w/Lyric Insert Excellent Cond!!!.The jacket is not perfect and is reflected in the price.The vinyl however is near perfect and plays virtually flawless. Minimal edge wear and some creasing on the edge where the record inserts into the jacket. There is a price tag on the front of the cover that I don't want to remove for risk of damaging it. I'd rather look at a price tag than a damaged cover. Overall a beautiful example of a rare record. Stored in a 3 mm outer sleeve and record outside the jacket in a anti-static rice paper outer sleeve.
